How to Establish a USGA Golf Club Without Real Estate
The USGA requires that your Golf Club Without Real Estate have:

Club members that have a reasonable and regular opportunity to play together

Members that can personally return scores for data entry

Scores made available for review by members

Estate must meet all of the conditions of the
USGA Club Compliance Checklist
in order to issue valid USGA Handicap Indexes to its
members.
